Replacing piping extended from exterior release valve to the sewer line.
“As advertised - the technician (Kevin) was professional and courteous. He and the Field Manager (Mike) took the time to explain what needed to be done to determine the problem. Kevin was at my home first thing next morning with a co-working to begin work of replacing the pipes from my home to the sewer line. We had our plumbing restored in less than six hours. The costs were far greater than I had expected but as the saying goes “you get what you pay for”. In this case, it was very skilled and courteous individuals who worked diligently to restore our plumbing as quickly as possible along with 5 year guarantee on parts and labor. Replaced galvanized pipes with PVC pipes and added plumbing to the master bathroom.
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your team (Zach & Ian) for the recent plumbing job. You all were very professional and really seemed to go the extra mile.

My husband and I first encountered "Mr. Rooter Plumbing" a few months back with a weekend call. This is where we first met Zach. He was easy to talk to and very proficient. He quickly analyzed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. We found out he was from our home town and immediately we had a connection. Not only was he able to connect with us on a personal level but he was able to complete the plumbing repair with no further issues. We were completely satisfied with his work. Our experience with your company from the first call, led us to call you again.

This week your team replaced ALL of our galvanized pipes with PVC pipes and added plumbing to the master bathroom to allow for two sinks. When the plumbing started to clank, we called "Mr. Rooter". My husband upon meeting you, Mike, felt you were very competent and proficient in your assessment and your ability to repair the issue. You then had Zach and Ian as your team, and I could not have been more pleased. They really took their time to limit any damages and to keep the "character" of our older home. They were extremely delicate! They always made sure I was pleased each step of the way. Furthermore, they always wore their booties and cleaned up after themselves. I honestly enjoyed having them here. The inconveniences of not having water for periods of time were lessened by them always setting expectations and time lines. Zach and Ian were very timely in completing the project and were very courteous while they were here.

Overall my husband and I wanted you to know that we are very pleased with you and your team. We hope we do not need to use your company for sometime, but if we need a plumber in the future...we know who to call.
